These terms apply to learnerapp.co.uk and learnerapp.uk, the website you are reading. Using the site means accepting them. Separate terms cover the Learner app at my.learnerapp.co.uk, and you agree to those when you create an account, not here.

What this site is

A description of an app that is being built, and a form for asking to be told when it opens. Nothing is sold here and nothing here is a contract to supply anything.

The waiting list

Joining the waiting list is a request, not a booking. It does not reserve a place, does not guarantee that you will be offered one, and does not commit you to anything if you are. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any email you receive from us.

Please use an address you control. Adding somebody else's address is not something we can detect, and it is not something we want.

What is described here

The app is in development, so the features described on this site may change, may arrive later than expected, or may not arrive at all. Nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will exist in the version you are eventually offered.

Nothing on this site is advice about instructing, about the DVSA standards check, or about running a driving school. Thenational standard for driver and rider training is the authority on that, not us.

The site itself

We try to keep the site up, but it is provided as it is: there is no guarantee that it is always available or always free of error. The text, images and design here belong to us and may not be republished as your own. You may of course link to any page.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

These terms may change as the app gets closer to opening. The date at the top says when they last did.
